SkillDB terms and conditions of use

Permission is granted to view the materials on SkillDB's Website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on SkillDB's Website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transferring the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.

Violating any of these restrictions will allow SkillDB to terminate your access to the platform. Upon termination, your viewing right will also be terminated, and you should destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether it is printed or electronic format. 

SkillDB has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the service for any reason at any time. Such termination will result in the deactivation or deletion of your account and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all content in your account. SkillDB reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

All the materials on SkillDB’s Website are provided "as is". SkillDB makes no warranties, may it be expressed or implied, and therefore negates all other warranties. Furthermore, SkillDB does not make any representations concerning the accuracy or reliability of the use of the materials on its website/application or otherwise relating to such materials or any sites linked to the platform.

SkillDB does not warrant that (i) the service will meet your specific requirements, (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations, and (v) any errors in the service will be corrected.

SkillDB will not be held accountable for any damages that will arise with the use or inability to use the materials on SkillDB’s website or application, even if SkillDB or an authorized representative of their platform has been notified, orally or written, of the possibility of such damage. Some jurisdiction does not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

The materials appearing on SkillDB’s website or application may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. SkillDB will not promise that any of the materials in their website or application are 100% accurate, complete, or current.

SkillDB may change the materials contained on its website or application at any time without prior notice. SkillDB does not make any commitment to update the materials.

SkillDB has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The presence of any link does not imply endorsement by SkillDB of the site. The use of any linked website is at the user’s own risk.

SkillDB may revise these terms of use for its website and application at any time without prior notice. By using our service, you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these terms and conditions of use.

• A valid credit card is required to pay for SkillDB’s subscription
• SkillDB service is billed in advance either on a monthly basis (or annual basis) and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. No exceptions will be entertained. 
• For any upgrade or downgrade in the plan, your credit card will automatically be charged with the revised rate on your next billing cycle.
• Downgrading your plan may result in the loss of some features, or capacity of your account. SkillDB will not accept any liability arising out of this loss.
• All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.

We respect the rights of copyright owners and expect our users to the same. If you are a copyright work owner or an agent thereof, and you believe any content submitted to and hosted on the SkillDB website or application infringes your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DCMA) by providing us with the following information in writing (Notice):

• Sufficient details to enable identification of the copyrighted work that has been allegedly infringed, if multiple copyrighted works are claimed to be infringed, a representative list of such works;
• Description of where the content that you claim is infringing is located on our services;
• Your contact information at which you may be contacted (for example, your address, telephone number, and email address);
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the content identified in the notice is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is alleged to be infringed.
• The physical or electronic signature of the owner of the allegedly infringed copyrighted work or any person authorized to act on behalf of such owner;

Following receipt of your notice, we will take whatever action, in our sole discretion, as we deem appropriate, including removal of the challenged content from our platform. We may ask you to provide further or supplemental information, prior to removing any content, as we deem necessary to comply with the provisions of the DMCA.

It is our policy to respond only to Notices of alleged infringement that comply with the provisions of this section.
